Pricing for the median home in Route 29/ Route 97 increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 65.7% increase over the $35,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Route 29/ Route 97 for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,250, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
