Median home prices in Grandview rose to $71,750 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $35,750 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,750 - a 99.3% increase over the $36,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Grandview in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Grandview for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,036, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
