Pricing for the median home in College Street/ Ash Street decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in College Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $6,800 while total sales increased by 130%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,900 - a 6.9% decrease over the $98,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in College Street/ Ash Street in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in College Street/ Ash Street for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,273, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
