The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $47,000 while total sales increased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 24.7% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Woodside in the second half of 2020.
