Route 29/ Route 97 median home prices rose by 2% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $900 while total sales increased by 42.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 2% increase over the $44,100 median sale price for the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in 2020.
