The home at 2072 S. 04th St., Springfield was sold on Jan. 11 by Gene A. and Deborah Lynn Crayne for $100,000. The buyer was Aaron J. Bandy.

So far in January 2022, 58 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Deborah L. Crayne has been registered to vote since 2010 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Gene A. Crayne has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
