January 2022: Salisbury/ Farmingdale experienced a 11.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Salisbury/ Farmingdale, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.
