Coroner's Office: 1. Changed Purchase Order-increase Body Bags and PPE from $5,000 to $10,566. 2. Pre-Travel Approval for Chief Deputy Coroner Zach Thomas & Deputy Coroner Doug Duff to attend the Illinois Coroners & Medical Examiners Association Training Conference in Mt. Vernon, IL from 2/21/22 2/23/22 at a total cost of $596.00.

Tim Eggleston-Sheriff's Office: 1. Purchase Order-Leon Uniform Company for Corrections stab vests & carriers at a cost of $10,660. 2. Purchase Order-Ray O'Herron for FY2022 Annual Ammunition at a cost of $10,830. 3. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution- Personal Mobility for a handicapped accessible van and accessories for inmate transport at a cost of $61,000. Approve a Promotion for Anthony Stoutamyer from Correctional Officer to Correctional Officer Sergeant with an increase in salary from $57,264 to $64,708 effective 2/21/22. (approved at 2/8/22 Finance Committee Meeting) Approve to Hire a Merit Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 3/3/22. The previous employee's termination date in this position was 1/3/22 and last paycheck date in this position was 1/7/22. Approve to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $38,045 effective 3/14/22. The previous employee's termination date was 12/17/21 and last paycheck date was 12/23/21. Approve to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $38,045 effective 3/14/22. The previous employee's termination date was 12/17/21 and last paycheck date was 12/23/21. 8. Approval to Adjust Salary for Jury Liaisons- 4 positions (Donald Zumwalt, Philip Cody, Thomas Berola & TBD. Increase hourly rate from $12/hr to $14/hr effective 2/27/22. Approval for a Grant & County Board Resolution for the State and Community Highway Safety National Priority Safety Programs from the Illinois Department of Transportation in the amount of $36,727.63. No matching funds required.
