1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports

2. Approval to Hire a Clerk Typist Il at an annual salary of $37,995.38 effective 7/10/22. The previous employee's termination date will be 5/31/22 and last paycheck date will be 6/10/22.

3. Approval to Hire a Clerk Typist I at an annual salary of $30,507.60 effective 5/24/22. The previous employee's termination date was 5/3/22 and last paycheck date was 5/13/22. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag due to the operational need at the Animal Control Center.

4. Approval to Hire a Supervisor-Clinic Services at an annual salary of up to $67,961 effective 5/24/22. The previous employee was promoted on 4/24/22.

5. Approval to Hire a Supervisor-Healthy Families Illinois at an annual salary of up to $67,961 effective 5/24/22. The previous employee was promoted on 4/24/22.

6. Approval to Hire an RN/Case Manager-Infectious Disease (this is a new position) at an annual salary of up to $60,564 effective 5/24/22.

7. Approval to Hire a Disease Intervention Specialist (this is a new position) at an annual salary of up to $60,564 effective 5/24/22.

8. Approval to renew a grant (w/County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Local Health Protection Grant-Sangamon in the amount of $367,922. Matching funds not required.

9. Approval to renew a grant (w/County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Local Health Protection Grant-Menard in the amount of $87,517. Matching funds not required.

10. Approval for a new grant (w/County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant-Sangamon in the amount of $114,032. Matching funds are required.

11. Approval for a new grant (w/County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Grant-Menard in the amount of $35,278. Matching funds are required.

12. Approval for a new grant (w/County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Public Health for the Disease Intervention Specialist (DIS) Workforce Development Support Grant in the amount of $350,000. Matching funds not required.

13. Approval to renew a grant (w/County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Department of Human Services for the WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Grant in the amount of $55,968. Matching funds not required.
