City of Petersburg City Council Personnel/Police Committee met July 14.

I. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Andy Gain called the Committee's to order at 7:04 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
Members present were Chairman Aldermen Andrew Gain, Chairman Alderman Rick Sonnemaker, Alderman Bruce Gorm were Mayor Rick Snyder, City Clerk Ken Ortman, Police Chief Mike Nichols, and Officer Seth Davis. Alderman Kevin Molohon was absent.
III. PERSONNEL ISSUE
B. Topic is a Personnel issue. A motion made by Alderman Gorman seconded by Alderman Sonnemaker to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss Personnel Issues. VOTES: Sonnemaker, yes; Gorman, yes; Gain, yes. MOTION CARRIED.
B. A motion made by Alderman Gorman seconded by Alderman Gain to return to regular session. VOTES: Gorman, yes; Gain, yes; Sonnemaker, yes. MOTION CARRIED.
