1. Purchase Order-Hanson Information System for disaster recovery offsite expenses at a cost of $25,800.

2. Purchase Order-Bradfields Computer Supply for toner at a cost of $5,000.

3. Approval to Hire a Part Time Clerk at an hourly rate of $13.5616 effective 1/11/23. The previous employee's termination date was 11/25/22 and last paycheck date was 12/9/22.

4. Approval to Hire an Asst Manager/Accounting Asst at an annual salary of $35,273.41/$18.0889 effective 1/23/23. The previous employee's termination date was 12/15/22 and last paycheck date was 12/23/22.

State's Attorney – Dan Wright

1. Approval to Hire a Clerk Typist at an annual salary of up to $33,568 effective on or after 1/11/23.

The previous employee was promoted on 11/14/22.

2. Approval to Renew a Grant (w/ County Board Resolution) from the Illinois Attorney General's Office for the Violent Crimes Victim Assistance Grant in the amount of $31,000-$41,000. No matching funds required.

Court Services - Kent Holsopple

1. Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 1/16/23. The previous employee was transferred on 12/4/22.

2. Approval to Hire a Senior Probation Officer at an annual salary of $49,082 effective 1/16/23. The previous employee was promoted on 12/31/22. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag.

3. Approval to Hire a Deputy Director-Probation at an annual salary of $70,494-88,117 effective 1/16/23. The previous employee was promoted on 5/9/22.

4. Asset Disposals- 2000 Ford Econoline Van & 2022 Chevrolet Equinox Acceptance of Purchase Reports
