4. Motion to approve agreement with IDOT to share in the cost of resurfacing a portion of County Highway 10 at the Elkhart overpass and approve the construction plans.

5. Motion to approve Resolution LO 22/23 26 to appropriate $46,000 from the County Federal-Aid Matching tax fund for the local share in the Elkhart overpass resurfacing project.
