Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser
1. Approval to Hire a Senior Assistant Public Defender at an annual salary of up to $94,000 effective 8/21/23; the previous employee will leave the position at an annual salary of $94,000 on 7/7/23 and will leave the payroll on 7/21/23.
2. Approval for Temporary Assignment Pay of $348.72 per pay for Michael Sullivan effective 7/15/23.
3. Approve promotion & salary adjustment for Stefan Huffman-current title is Assistant Public Defender II and will now be Assistant Public Defender III. His salary will change from $67,000 to $75,500 effective 7/15/23.

1. Purchase Order-Konica Minolta for extended warranty for scanners at a cost of $19,084.
2. Pre-Travel Approval for Circuit Clerk Paul Palazzolo to attend the IACC Conference in Lincolnshire, IL from 8/27-8/30/23 at a cost of $1103.46.
3. Pre-Travel Approval for Donna Maybury to attend the IACC Conference in Lincolnshire, IL from 8/27-8/30/23 at a cost of $1103.46.

State's Attorney - Dan Wright
1. Approve to Hire an Assistant State's Attorney Level 1 at an annual salary range of $60,000 to 65,428 effective on or after 7/12/23; the previous employee was promoted and left the position on 5/8/23 at an annual salary of $64,900.
2. Approval to Hire a Victim/Witness Advocate at an annual salary of up to $41,800 effective on or after 8/21/23; the previous employee left the position on 7/5/23 and will leave the payroll on 7/21/23 at an annual salary of $40,000.
Court Services - Kent Holsopple
1. Approval to Hire a Detention Supervisor at an annual salary range of $62,696-78,367 effective 7/17/23; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $68,830.32 on 6/22/23 and will leave the payroll on 7/7/23. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.
2. Approval to Hire a Senior Detention Officer at an annual salary of $53,370 effective 7/17/23; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $53,168 on 5/19/23 and last paycheck date was 5/26/23.
