Coroner's Office: 

1. Pre-Travel Approval for Coroner Jim Allmon to attend the Death Investigation Training in Springfield, IL from 8/22-8/24/23 at a cost of $475.00.

2. Pre-Travel Approval for Coroner Jim Allmon to attend the National Advisory Council meeting and NAME conference in San Jose, CA from 10/13-10/21/23 at a cost of $4,052.

Tim Eggleston- Sheriff's Office: 

1. Resolution to Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Sangamon County and Sangamon Mass Transit District for the purpose of Sheriff's Office bus repairs.

2. Pre-Travel Approval for Sheriff Jack Campbell to attend the Annual Illinois Sheriff's Association Sheriff's Summer Training Conference in Peoria, IL from 9/16-9/19/23 at a cost of $1,088.41.

3. Purchase Order-Canham Graphics for corrections bus stripes and graphics at a cost of $3,918.00.

4. Changed Purchase Order-Advanced Correctional Healthcare for an additional 15 hours/per week for inmate mental health services at a cost of $25,897.48 (covers 9/1/23 through 11/30/23)

5. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 9/4/23; the previous employee left the position on 7/27/23 and left the payroll at an annual salary of $40,362 on 8/4/23.

6. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 9/4/23; the previous employee left the position on 7/16/23 and left the payroll at an annual salary of $40,362 on 8/4/23.

7. Approval to Hire a Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $36,457 effective 9/18/23; the previous employee left the position on 8/4/23 and will leave the payroll at an annual salary of $36,457 on 8/18/23.

8. Approval to Hire a Court Security Officer at an annual salary of $38,898 effective 9/18/23; the previous employee left the position on 8/4/23 and will leave the payroll at an annual salary of $38,898 on 8/18/23.

9. Approval to Promote a Correctional Officer to a Correctional Officer-Sgt at a salary range of $54,436-$81,289 effective 9/4/23; the position was vacated on 8/4/23 at an annual salary of $81,289.
