51.Approval to hire a replacement Veterinarian Technician at an annual salary of up to $65,531 effective 1/8/24; the previous employee will leave the position at an annual salary of $57,621.24 on 12/22/23 and leave the payroll system on 1/5/24. Requesting a waiver of the 30 day lag.

52.Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager at an annual salary of $58,839.92 effective 12/22/23; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $56,781.71 on 11/17/23 and left the payroll system on 11/22/23

53.Resolution for an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Springfield and Sangamon County for the provision of Animal Control Services.
