Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois is set to receive a significant boost in funding. The Illinois Board of Higher Education has awarded the college a generous grant of $2.7 million from the Independent Colleges Capital Investment Grant Program. State Representative Wayne Rosenthal expressed his excitement and support for the college's achievement.
