Coroner's Office:
1. Approval to hire for an Internship at an annual salary of $2,000 effective 3/1/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $2,000 on 9/1/23 and left the payroll system on 9/15/23.
Tim Eggleston- Sheriff's Office:
1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the State and Community Highway Safety/National Priority Safety Program Grant with anticipated grant revenue of $40,071.17, matching funds not required.
2. Purchase Order & Resolution-Anderson Electric in the amount of $30,100 for fiber upgrades for jail & patrol.
3. Purchase Order-PSP Midco, LLC in the amount of $4,300 for K-9 Annual food purchase (FY24). 4. Purchase Order-Rudin Printing in the amount of $8,000 for outside printing.
5. Pre-Travel Approval for Deputy JT Turasky to attend a TRU member required sniper course in Waukegan, IL from 3/24-3/29/24 at a cost of $963.15.
6. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 3/4/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $44,256 on 1/22/24 and left the payroll system on 2/2/24.
7. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 3/4/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $59,445 on 1/22/24 and left the payroll system on 2/2/24.
8. Approval to hire a replacement Lieutenant at an annual salary range of $63,500-$87,431 effective 5/13/24; the previous employee will leave the position at an annual salary of $87,431 on 4/1/24 and will leave the payroll system on 4/12/24.
9. Approval to promote and adjust salary for Earl Grigsby, from a Sergeant to a Lieutenant effective 4/2/24. His salary will change from $83,080 to $86,756.
