Coroner's Office: 

1. Purchase Order-Rx Systems, Inc in the amount of $4,464 for a new pill counter. 

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Strengthening the Medical Examiner-Coroner System Grant from the US Department of Justice with anticipated grant revenue of $100,000. Matching funds are not required.

Tim Eggleston- Sheriff's Office: 

1. Purchase Order-Ray O'Herron Co, Inc in the amount of $5,446.30 for badges all departments. 

2. Purchase Order-Brian Bivers in the amount of $7,241.58 for PREA Audit 2024 

3. Pre-Travel Approval for Lieutenant Brad Clark to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy as an Instructor in Decatur, IL from 4/11-6/11/24 at a cost of $1,179. 

4. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Michael Giboney to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy in Decatur, IL from 4/14-6/7/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

5. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Terry Hunter to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy in Decatur, IL from 4/14-6/7/24 at a cost of $5,800.

11. Pre-Travel Approval for Chief Deputy Anthony Mayfield to attend the Chief Deputy and Jail Administrators Conference in East Peoria, IL from 4/24-4/26/24 at a cost of $694.32. 

12. Pre-Travel Approval for Superintendent Larry Beck to attend the Chief Deputy and Jail Administrators Conference in East Peoria, IL from 4/24-4/26/24 at a cost of $692.46. 

13. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 4/15/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $37,551 on 3/9/24 and left the payroll system on 3/15/24. 

14. Approval to hire a replacement Jury Liaison at an hourly salary of $18.30 effective 4/9/24. The previous approval to hire expired. This position has been vacant for over 1 year.
