New Business 

Coroner's Office: 

1. Approval to hire James McFadden for an internship at an annual salary of $2,000 effective 6/1/24; the previous employee left the position on 9/1/23 at an annual salary of $2,000 and left the payroll system on 9/15/23. 

2. Approval to hire a Morgue Attendant at an hourly salary of $20 effective 5/29/24; the previous employee left the position on 4/19/24 at an hourly salary of $20 and left the payroll system on 4/26/24. 

3. Pre-Travel Approval for Coroner Jim Allmon to attend the ABMDI National Advisory Council Meeting in Minneapolis, MN from 6/26-6/29/94 at a cost of $1,172. 

4. Changed Purchase Order-Memorial Medical Center for lab fees in the amount of $50,000.

Tim Eggleston- Sheriff's Office: 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Records Clerk at an annual salary of $33,205.53 effective 6/12/24; the previous employee will leave the position at an annual salary of $33,598.11 on 5/24/24 and will leave the payroll system on 6/7/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 6/12/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $37,551 on 9/8/23 and left the payroll system on 9/15/23. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 6/12/24; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $39,562 on 2/13/24 and left the payroll system on 3/1/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Court Security Officer at an annual salary of $38,898 effective 6/12/24; the previous employee left the position on 4/26/24 at an annual salary of $38,898 and left the payroll on 5/10/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Court Security Officer at an annual salary of $38,898 effective 6/12/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/2/24 at an annual salary of $74,066 and left the payroll on 5/10/24. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 6/12/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/1/24 at an annual salary of $86,785 and left the payroll on 5/10/24. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 7/22/24; the previous employee will leave the position on 6/7/24 at an annual salary of $86,785 and will leave the payroll on 6/21/24. 

8. Approval to hire two (2) Jury Liaisons at an hourly rate of $18.30 effective 6/12/24. Both approvals have expired and positions have been vacant for over a year. 

9. Pre-Travel Approval for Lieutenant Brad Clark to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy as an Instructor in Decatur, IL from 6/16-8/9/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

10. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Qwest Tucker to attend the Basic Correctional Academy in Decatur, IL from 6/16-8/9/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

11. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Kendra Willis to attend the Basic Correctional Academy in Decatur, IL from 6/16-8/9/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

12. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Taylor Logan to attend the Basic Correctional Academy in Decatur, IL from 6/16-8/9/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

13. Resolution to Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Sangamon County and Sangamon Mass Transit District for the purpose of Sheriff's Office bus repairs.
