1. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Motorola for FY24 ISD SHR  Motorola/Watchguard In Car Camera Systems at a cost of $50, 100. 

2. Purchase Order-Morpho USA, Inc for FY24 ISD Maintenance-Idemia Identity & Security  SHR in the amount of $4,394.

County Engineer, Brian Davis 

1. Resolution to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Springfield and  Sangamon County for construction of the Springfield-Sangamon County Transportation Center, Rail Platforms, Cart Paths and Pedestrian Bridges at the HUB.

Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

Old Business 

• Procurement/Grant Notifications (Report Only) Emergency Procurement-Seico for camera upgrades & additions to the Juvenile Detention Facility in the amount of $176,128 and Mid- Illinois Companies, Corp for new window at the Juvenile Detention Facility in the amount of $8/100. (both approved by Brian McFadden)
