City of Petersburg Finance Committee met June 18
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rick Snyder called the Finance Committee to order at 8:25 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
A. Members present were Mayor Rick Snyder, Aldermen Neil Conklin, Rick Sonnemaker, Andy Gain and Mike Allison. Also present were, Clerk Ken Ortman and Treasurer David Frick. Alderman Tia Baugher, and Bruce Gorman were absent.
III. Budget Discussion
A. Treasurer David Frick presented General discussion of the budget filling in what had not been filled in before and making some changes to some line items.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
A. motion was made by Alderman Gain and seconded by Alderman Allison to adjourn the meeting. VOTES: Conklin, yes; Sonnemaker, yes; Gain, yes; Allison. MOTION CARRIED. Meeting Adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
