Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Paula Crouch/Erin Tozer 

1. Purchase Order-Conscisys Corp for annual license renewal for e-Appeal software in the amount  of $3,800. 

2. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-JANO Technologies for CMS maintenance  agreement contract in the amount of $137,835.10 and Resolution is for 4 years in the amount of $654,742.14. 

3. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-JANO Technologies for Disaster Recovery  Services in the amount of $76,000. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Records Division at an annual salary of  $36,929.11 effective 8/19/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/12/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and left the payroll system on 7/19/24.

State's Attorney - John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Victim Witness Advocate at an annual salary of $40,000  effective on or after 8/13/24; the previous employee left the position on 12/8/23 at an annual salary of $42,394 and left the payroll system on 12/22/23. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist at an annual salary of up to $34,000 effective on or after 8/19/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/11/24 at an annual salary of $33,300 and left the payroll system on 7/19/24. 

3. Approval to hire a Supreme Court 711 Intern (Seasonal) at an annual salary of $5,000 effective  on or after 8/13/24. This position is for approximately 8-10 weeks.

1. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Gateway Foundation for FY25 treatment  services in the amount of $70,000. 

2. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Gateway Foundation for FY25 Recovery  Coach/Cell phone use in the amount of $59,496. 

3. Purchase Order-SMTD for FY25 public transportation bus tokens in the amount of $5,000. 

4. Purchase Order-Andrew Jolly for FY25 MRT classes in the amount of $22,320. 

5. Purchase Order-Visa/INB for FY25 Incentives/Graduation Supplies in the amount of  $10,000.20. 

6. Purchase Order-II Assoc of Problem Solving for FY25 ILAPSC Conference Registration Fees in the amount of $3,555. 

7. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-various vendors for FY25 Housing Assistance in the amount of $32,000. 

8. Purchase Order-Capital Township General Asst for FY25 Employment Services in the amount of $15,000. 

9. Purchase Order-Big Room Testing for FY25 Drug Testing Kits/Confirmations in the amount of $17,000.

11. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Springfield Urban League for FY25 Case Management Services in the amount of $317,619. 

12. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-various Detention Centers for FY24 out of county bed space in the amount of $96,000.

Procurement/Grant Notifications (report only): 

1. Court Services: Emergency purchase order-Bob Barker for mattresses for the Juvenile  Detention Center in the amount of $4,917.30. Approved by Brian McFadden 

2. Court Services: Notification for committee: Detention Officer-actual employee salary exceeded approval to hire paperwork. Approval to hire paperwork was incorrectly submitted to the committee. 

3. States Attorney's Office: Valco Awards for Service Award in the amount of $70.99.
