2. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-JANO Technologies for CMS maintenance agreement contract in the amount of $137,835.10 and Resolution is for 4 years in the amount of $654,742.14.
3. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-JANO Technologies for Disaster Recovery Services in the amount of $76,000.
4. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Records Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 8/19/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/12/24 at an annual salary of $36,929.11 and left the payroll system on 7/19/24.
