Public Health – John Ridley/Toni Perry Public Health Update 

1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Nurse Practioner at an annual salary of up to $117,000 effective 8/28/24; the previous employee will leave the position on 8/20/24 at an annual salary of $96,000 and will leave the payroll system on 8/30/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II-Clinic at an annual salary of $41,095.80 effective 9/2/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/26/24 at an annual salary of $41,095.80 and left the payroll system on 8/2/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Dietician at an annual salary of $54,735.26 effective 9/16/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/31/24 at an annual salary of $54,735.26 and will leave the payroll system on 8/16/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement RN or LPN-Clinic Services at an annual salary of up to $65,531 effective 8/28/24; the previous employee was transferred to another position on 7/8/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $57,233. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement LEHP/LEHP in Training at an annual salary of up to $57,883.14 effective 8/29/24; the previous employee was promoted on 7/29/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $57,883.14.

Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-HFI at an annual salary of up to $65,531 effective 8/29/24; the previous employee made a later move on 7/29/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $60,552.03. 10. 14. Approval to hire a replacement Supervisor-WIC/FCM at an annual salary of up to $73,539 effective 8/28/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/12/22 at an annual salary of $68,897.16 and left the payroll system on 8/19/22. 

15. Approve a salary adjustment for Kirsta Dodd, Account Secretary with an increase in salary from $44,499.46 to $48,949.41 effective 9/8/24. Requesting to re-categorize this position from a Grade 6 to a Grade 8. 

16. Approve a promotion/salary adjustment for Renee Tomko. Her position will change from Clerk Typist I to Clerk Typist II with an increase in salary from $35,692.50 to $37,856.07 effective 9/8/24. 

17. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Comprehensive Local Health Protection Grant- Sangamon from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $419,931. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required, 

18. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Comprehensive Local Health Protection Grant- Menard from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $106,706. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required.

• Notification for committee: LEHP in Training position-employee salary exceeded approval to hire paperwork. Approval to hire paperwork was incorrectly submitted to the committee.
