The Illinois College women's golf team completed the second round of the 2024 SLIAC Conference Tournament in Metamora, Illinois, finishing in fourth place. The team improved their score by 11 shots from the first round but fell two positions. They are nine shots behind the second-place team as they head into the final round.
Kate Burr maintained her position from the previous day, sitting in fifth place after scoring 76 (+4) in the second round. Katie Mae Milhiser scored 80 (+8), placing her at 27th for the upcoming final round. Hannah Harpster and Shelby Seiler concluded their rounds with scores of 82 (+10) and 84 (+12), respectively, positioning Seiler in 18th place and Harpster at 23rd. Emily Guest is currently in 25th place after achieving a score of 85 (+13).
The tournament's final round will take place tomorrow morning, with Kate Burr vying for All-Conference honors. Further results can be accessed through the live scoring link provided.
