Illinois College esports secures win over Pratt Community College in MEC OW2

The Illinois College esports team faced Pratt Community College in their second match of the night in a MEC OW2 competition. Following a defeat in Valorant to PCC, Illinois College (IC) managed to secure a victory against PCC with a score of 3-2 in the OW2 match.

This win improved IC's record to 3-2 for the current MEC OW2 season.

The match results were as follows: Game 1 was a loss at 0-2, Game 2 was also a loss at 3-1, while Games 3, 4, and 5 were wins at scores of 2-1, 3-1, and 2-1 respectively.

Performance statistics from the match included eliminations, assists, deaths, KDA (Kill/Death/Assist ratio), damage done, and healing done. Notable performances came from players such as Jose Izaguirre-Gomez with an elimination count of 11 and Noah Horsman with significant damage done totaling 69,859.

Illinois College is scheduled for another MEC OW2 match on Thursday, October 17th against Bridgewater College starting at 7:00 pm.
