1. Purchase Order-Election Systems & Software for on-site support for elections in the amount of $5,475.00

2. Purchase Order-Levi, Ray & Shoup for design, set up & maintenance of new Economic Interests System in the amount of $9,000.

3. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the 2025 Illinois Voter Registration State Grant (IVRS) from the Illinois State Board of Education in the amount of $159,786.88. No matching funds required.

4. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the FY25 Polling Place Accessibility Grant from the Illinois State Board of Education in the amount of $22,267.25. No matching funds required.
