a. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for the 2024 annual maintenance of county highways. 

b. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for 2024 IMRF expenses. 

c. Resolution approving the purchase of an Etnyre Chipspreader from E.D. Etnyre & Co. 

d. Resolution approving the FY 2025 Township Motor Fuel Tax Aggregate letting contracts. 

e. Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between Sangamon County and Menard County for the purposes of constructing Phase III of the Sangamon Valley Trail.

6. Committee Approvals. 

a. Approval to purchase a Trail King 16,000lb Tilt Top Trailer from Arrow Trailer & Equipment Co. in the amount of $19,361.
