1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for the acceptance of the Reimagine Public Safety Act Violence Prevention grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $639,500. No matching funds required.

Regional Planning Commission, Molly Berns

1. Approval to hire a replacement Associate Planner-Transportation at an annual salary range of $32,191-49,583 effective on or after 12/10/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/12/21 at an annual salary of $38,814.10 and left the payroll system on 8/16/21.

Community Resources, Dave MacDonna

1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant Liheap Coordinator at an annual salary range of $40,657-50,821 effective 12/10/24; the previous employee left the position on 11/20/24 at an annual salary of $40,657.09 and left the payroll system on 12/6/24. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag

1. Approval to hire a Street Outreach Coordinator at an annual salary range of $40,657- $50,821 effective 12/10/24. This is a new position.

2. Approval to hire four (4) Part Time Street Outreach Specialists at an hourly range of $25-27.50/per hour effective 12/10/24. These are new positions.

Highways, Brian Davis

1. Approval to hire a replacement Mechanic II at an annual salary of $61,448.40; the previous employee was promoted on 2/26/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $56,160.

SMART, Kate Downing

1. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-1800 East LLC for rent in the amount of $66,000.

2. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Wex Bank for fuel in the amount of $145,000.

County Clerk, Don Gray

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for the acceptance of the 2025 Illinois Voter Registration State Grant (IVRS) from the Illinois State Board of Elections in the amount of $159,786.88. No matching funds required.

2. Resolution to approve the application for the acceptance of the FY25 Polling Place Accessibility Grant from the Illinois State Board of Elections in the amount of $22,267.25. No matching funds required.

Auditor, Andy Goleman

1. Approval to hire a Grant Coordinator at an annual salary of up to $70,841 effective 12/11/24. This is a new position.

County Administration, Brian McFadden

1. Agreement between Sangamon County and Heartland Housed for the purpose of addressing homelessness.

2. Agreement between Sangamon County and Heartland Housed for the purpose of providing staff.

3. Agreement between Sangamon County and the Sustainable Food Institute of America for an on-site assessment at the Springfield Urban League in the amount of $5,000.

4. Resolution to execute a contract with Sustainable Food Institute of America on a 2 year pilot program with Springfield Urban League for an amount not to exceed $100,000.
