Court Administration - Suzann Maxheimer
1. Purchase Order-Judicial Systems for annual telephone technical support & free software upgrade fee in the amount of $8,678.88.
Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser
1. Approval to hire a Part Time Public Defender at an annual salary of $43,846.92 effective 1/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 11/15/24 at an annual salary of $43,846.92 and left the payroll system on 11/22/24.
Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Erin Tozer
1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant Manager-Courts Division at an annual salary of $41,926.54/$21.5008 effective 1/16/25; the previous employee was promoted on 12/16/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $41,926.54.
State's Attorney – John Milhiser
1. Approval to hire an Assistant State's Attorney Level 2 at an annual salary range of $70,441- $79,402) effective on or after 1/20/25; the previous employee left the position on 12/6/24 at an annual salary of $70,000 and left the payroll on 12/20/24.
2. Approve a grant from the Illinois Attorney General's Office for the Violent Crimes Victim Assistance Grant in the amount of $43,000 and forward to Finance. Matching funds not required.
Court Services - Kent Holsopple
1. Approval to hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $55,888 effective 1/20/25; the previous employee left the position on 11/2/24 at an annual salary of $51,803 and was promoted on 11/2/24.
2. Approval to hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $55,888 effective 1/20/25; the previous employee left the position on 10/24/24 at an annual salary of $47,117 and left the payroll system on 11/8/24.
3. Approval to hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $55,888 effective 1/20/25; the previous employee left the position on 11/2/24 at an annual salary of $49,432 and was promoted on 11/2/24.
4. Approval to hire a Senior Probation Officer at an annual salary of $57,250 effective 1/29/25; the previous employee moved back to a Probation Officer position effective 12/29/24- annual salary was $58,210.
5. Approval to hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 2/17/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 1/3/25 at an annual salary of $51,829 and will leave the payroll on 1/17/25.
6. Changed Purchase Order-TCS Holding Company for Adult Electronic Monitoring. The amount will change from $29,000 to $40,000.
7. Contract extension with Memorial to provide threat assessment services.
