1. Approval to hire a Street Outreach Coordinator at an annual salary range of $40,657- $60,986 effective 2/11/25. This is a new position. (was previously approved at the December 10th Finance meeting at a salary up to $50,821).

Community Resources-Dave MacDonna
1. Pre-Travel approval for Dave MacDonna, Executive Director, to attend the Annual Conference for CSBG and Weatherization in Washington, DC from 2/4-2/9/25 in the amount of $2,433.37.
2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Community Service Block Grant from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the amount of $539,821.
