New Business
1. Purchase Order-Wavetec North America Inc for early voting-queuing system in the amount of $6,960.
2. Purchase Order-Frank Farley dba Quicksilver Mailing Service for mailing ballots for the April 1, 2025 Consolidated Election in the amount of $11,044.
3. Approval to hire a Part Time Deputy Clerk at an hourly rate of $18.00 effective 2/12/25; the previous employee left the position on 2/11/25 at an hourly rate of $18.00 and will leave the payroll on 2/28/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag due to a staffing shortage.
4. Approval to hire an Assistant Director of Vital Records at an annual salary of $61,000 effective 2/12/25; this a new position. This was previously approved on 10/8/24 at a salary of up to $60,000.
5. Resolution in Support of Senate Bill 1954 authorizing county-level recall of county-wide officials
