Sheriff’s Office: 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573  effective 3/31/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/28/25 at an annual salary  of $44,256 and left the payroll on 2/14/25. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551  effective 3/31/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/30/2025 at an annual  salary of $37,551 and left the payroll on 2/14/25. 

3. Approval to hire a Lieutenant at an annual salary range of $81,468.28-121,759.06  effective 3/25/25. This is a new position. 

4. Pre-Travel Approval for Sheriff Paula Crouch to attend a Conference on Community  Engagement in Chicago, IL from 6/4-6/8-25 in the amount of $1,683. 

5. Pre-Travel Approval for Captain Audie Prange to conduct follow-up interviews in Duluth,  GA from 3/20-3/22/25 in the amount of $1,096.48. 

6. Pre-Travel Approval for Superintendent Larry Beck to attend Annual Superintendent  Training in Peoria, IL from 4/5-4/4/25 in the amount of $875.80. 

7. Pre-Travel Approval for Superintendent Larry Beck to attend the Annual Illinois Jail  Summit in Peoria, IL on 7/24/25 in the amount of $140.80. 

8. Pre-Travel Approval for Captain John Osmer to attend Annual Superintendent Training in  Peoria, IL from 4/2-4/4/25 in the amount of $875.80. 

9. Pre-Travel Approval for Deputy James Kollins to attend the Basic CBQ Swat Course in  Mattoon, IL from 3/31-4/4/25 in the amount of $195.00. 

10. Pre-Travel Approval for Deputy Jon Pearce to attend the Basic CBQ Swat Course in  Mattoon, IL from 3/31-4/4/25 in the amount of $195.00. 

11. Pre-Travel Approval for Deputy Alex Deleon to attend the Basic CBQ Swat Course in  Mattoon, IL from 3/31-4/4/25 in the amount of $814.00. 

12. Pre-Travel Approval for Deputy Jose Luna to attend the Basic CBQ Swat Course in  Mattoon, IL from 3/31-4/4/25 in the amount of $814.00. 

13. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-SEICO for jail video camera system upgrade  in the amount of $152,164. 

14. Purchase Order-Lexipol LLC for lefta shield suite in the amount of $26,200.
