1. Motion to remove the $500 cap to give any amount through the Community Benefit Fund.

2. Motion to approve the amended CAPCIL request of $7,500 from line item 964-00-55003.

3. Motion to approve Ordinance LO 24/25 31 – County Cannabis Retailers’ Tax Law – the sole purpose of the revenue generated to be used specifically for building and grounds maintenance on county owned buildings.

4. Motion to approve $500 Up In Smoke sponsorship from line item 964-00- 55003.

5. Motion to approve Arc GIS Migration.

6. Motion to approve 19 memorandums of understanding between Logan County and the agencies around the state that host generators and trailers.

7. Motion to transfer $2 Million in ARPA Funds from the Broadband Project to the Jail Project.

2. Motion to approve Resolution LO 24-25 #29 to award a Township Motor Fuel Tax contract to Illinois Road Contractors for Bituminous Materials to furnish and apply road oil in various Townships.

3. Motion to approve Resolution LO 24-25 #30 to approve an intergovernmental agreement for membership in the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network.

1. Motion to approve an agreement for professional services between Tri-County Regional Planning Commission and Logan County.
