Approval of the Minutes from March 6th 

New Business/Department Updates: 

Court Administration - Suzann Maxheimer 

1. Purchase Order and County Board Resolution-Thomson West for WestLaw legal Research Contract addendum FY26-28 in the amount of $85,750.38. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Administrative Assistant Supervisor at an annual salary of up to $50,821.37 effective 5/25/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 4/15/25 at an annual salary of $44,352.66 and leave the payroll on 4/25/25.

Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser 

Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Erin Tozer/Ande Kirkland 

1. Purchase Order-Hanson Information Systems Inc for disaster recovery services & website maintenance in the amount of $9,389.98. 

2. Purchase Order-AdGators.com, LLC for annual software license renewal in the amount of $5,665. 

3. Purchase Order-Levi, Ray & Shoup for maintenance renewal-optical drives for DR in the amount of $15,845.

State's Attorney - John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Case Coordinator at an annual salary of $40,657 effective on or after 4/28/25; the previous employee left the position on 3/21/25 at an annual salary of $47,213.31 and left the payroll on 3/28/25. 

2. Approval to hire a Collections Support Specialist at an annual salary of $37,454 effective on or after 5/12/25; the previous employee left the position on 3/28/25 at an annual salary of $40,131 and will leave the payroll on 4/11/25. 

3. Approval to hire a Victim Witness Advocate at an annual salary of $42,000 effective on or after 

4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 12/8/23 at an annual salary of $42,394 and left the payroll on 12/22/23. 

4. Approval to adjust salary for Kylie Brown, Administrative Secretary-her salary will change from $35,826 to $37,454 effective 4/8/25. Adjusting her salary to meet minimum salary for a grade 6.

Court Services - Kent Holsopple 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority in the amount of $509,956. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required. 

2. Pre-Travel for Probation Officer Jett Jones to attend the Illinois Probation and Court Services Association Spring Conference in Quincy, IL from 5/7-5/9/25 in the amount of $720. 

3. Pre-Travel for Probation Officer Dylan Marshall to attend the Illinois Probation and Court Services Association Spring Conference in Quincy, IL from 5/7-5/9/25 in the amount of $720. 

4. Pre-Travel for Court Services Director Kent Holsopple to attend the Illinois Probation and Court 

5. Services Association Spring Conference in Quincy, IL from 5/7-5/9/25 in the amount of $720. Pre-Travel for Probation Officer Brandi VanMatre to attend the Illinois Probation and Court Services Association Spring Conference in Quincy, IL from 5/7-5/9/25 in the amount of $720.

6. Changed Purchase Order-Madison County Government for FY25 Detention-out of county bed space-change from $125,000 to $245,000.
