Public Health Update 

1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

2. Jeanne Keenan, Director of Animal Control and Adoption Center 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Nurse Practioner at an annual salary of up to $118,889 effective 4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/20/24 at an annual salary of $96,000 and left the payroll on 8/30/24.

4. Approval to hire a replacement Supervisor, WIC/FCM at an annual salary of up to $74,845 effective 4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 8/12/24 at an annual salary of $68,897.16 and left the payroll on 8/19/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-WIC/FCM at an annual salary of $64,000 effective 4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 2/15/23 at an annual salary of $56,576.85 and left the payroll on 3/3/23.

6. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-WIC/FCM at an annual salary of $64,000 effective 4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 9/15/23 at an annual salary of $56,576.85 and left the payroll on 9/29/23. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-WIC/FCM at an annual salary of $64,000 effective 4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/7/23 at an annual salary of $56,576.85 and left the payroll on 7/21/23. 

8. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-WIC/FCM at an annual salary of up to $66,837 effective 4/8/25; the previous employee left the position on 5/28/24 at an annual salary of $60,552.03 and left the payroll on 6/7/24. 

9. Approval to adjust salary for Rylie Sullivan, Registered Dietician, effective 4/8/25; her salary will change from $56,869.94 to $59,870. 

10. Approval to adjust salary for Sarah Downey, Registered Dietician, effective 4/8/25; her salary will change from $56,869.94 to $59,870. 

11. Approval to adjust salary for Billie Johnson, RN Case Manager-WIC/FCM, effective 4/8/25; her salary will change from $61,134.69 to $64,000. 

12. Approval to adjust salary for Amber Wise, RN Case Manager-WIC/FCM, effective 4/8/25; her salary will change from $63,158.67 to $64,000.
