5. Approval of Resolutions & Ordinances.
a. Resolution approving the FY2024 County Highway bituminous material contracts.
b. Resolution approving the FY2024 Township bituminous material motor fuel tax contracts.
c. Resolution approving a Winter Maintenance Policy for multiuse trails owned and maintained by Sangamon County.
d. Resolution approving force account work payment from the Construction & Maintenance Agreements with the Union Pacific Railroad for the Woodside Road and Iron Bridge Road grade separation project.
e. Resolution approving the right of way payments to property owners for the MacArthur Boulevard Extension project.
6. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval of a Purchase Order for Midwest Doors for annual inspection and on call service or parts in the amount of $10,000.
b. Approval of a Purchase Order for Landmark Ford Trucks East, Inc. for the parts to repair Vehicle #18 in the amount of $5,200.
c. Approval to Hire four (4) Seasonal Employees for no more than 600 hours and no more than $18/hour.
d. Approval of a Purchase Order for the Village of Rochester for traffic signal repairs to be completed at the intersection of Oak Hill Road and Rochester Road in the amount of $29,700.
e. Approval of a Purchase Order for Sievers Equipment Co. for miscellaneous parts in the amount of $5,000.
