To approve the agenda for the meeting of April 14, 2025.
Motion by Patrick Phipps, second by Ann Strahle.

4. PERSONNEL CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS
Action: 4.1 Appointment of Amanda Ostermeier as School Board Member
The Ball-Chatham School Board will appoint a new School Board Member to fill the seat vacant from Steven Bryant.
It was moved that Amanda Ostermeier be appointed as the School Board Member filling the vacancy.
Motion by Laura Calderon, second by Ryan Murphy.
