Rep. Rosenthal reads to children at Litchfield Head Start

State Representative Wayne Rosenthal visited Litchfield Head Start on Monday to engage with children through reading. During his visit, he read a book titled "Squeaker of the House and The Senate Mouse-jority Leader" to the preschool children and their parents.

"I had the pleasure of reading to pre-school kids (and parents) yesterday at the Litchfield Head Start. The kids seemed to enjoy the ‘Squeaker of the House and The Senate Mouse-jority Leader.’ I believe literacy is important for personal growth and success in life," said Rep. Rosenthal.

Litchfield Head Start not only provides a preschool classroom but also offers home-based services for pregnant women, infants, and toddlers throughout Montgomery County. More information about these services is available online.
