1. Approval to hire a replacement Network Analyst I at an annual salary of up to $86,451 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 4/26/25 at an annual salary of $70,511.39 and will leave the payroll on 5/9/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag so the position can be filled as quickly as possible. 

Veterans Assistance, Ashti Dawson 

1. Approval to hire Veterans Service Officer at an annual salary of $53,470 effective 5/14/25; this is a new position for FY25. 

Circuit Clerk, Joe Roesch 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Clerk Division at an annual salary of $38,369.36/$19.6766 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 3/31/25 at an annual salary of $38,369.36/$19.6766 and left the payroll on 4/11/25.

1. Approval for temporary assignment pay for Stephanie Berry, Legal Assistant/Senior Legal Secretary effective 3/31/25-$202/per pay. 

2. Approval for temporary assignment pay for Courtney Bauer, Senior Legal Secretary effective 3/31/25-$162/per pay. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Administrative Secretary at an annual salary of up to $46,817 effective on or after 5/28/25; the previous employee was promoted on 4/28/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $39,920. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to ASA Level 2-$79,402 effective on or after 5/21/25; the previous employee was promoted on 4/21/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $68,000. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to ASA Level 3-$95,843 effective on or after 5/14/25; the previous employee was promoted on 10/31/22 and left the position at an annual salary of $73,692. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to Senior ASA Level-$119,956 effective on or after 5/14/25; the previous employee was promoted on 1/15/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $112,390. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to ASA Level 2-$79,402 effective on or after 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 12/6/24 at an annual salary of $70,000 and left the payroll on 12/20/24.

10. Approval to hire a Three (3) Supreme Court 711 Interns (Seasonal) at an annual salary of $5,000 working approximately 8-10 weeks effective on or after 5/14/25.

1. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $55,888 effective 5/12/25; the previous employee left the position on 4/1/25 at an annual salary of $55,888 and left the payroll on 4/11/25. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 5/19/25; the previous employee left the position on 4/18/25 at an annual salary of $52,865 and left the payroll on 4/25/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois. 

OEM, Mia Ray 

1. Resolution to approve the application for acceptance of the EMS Assistance Fund Grant for FY26 from IDPH for up to $5,000. 

Public Health, John Ridley 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Comprehensive Local Health Protection Grant – Sangamon from the Illinois  Department of Public Health in the amount of $479,110. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required.  

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Comprehensive Local Health Protection Grant – Menard from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $105,461. This is a renewal. Matching funds not  required. 

3. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants & Children Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $639,730. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

4. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $59,376. This is a renewal grant. Matching funds not  required. 

5. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the State Opioid Response Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $675,000. This is a renewal grant. Matching funds not required. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Community Based Doula at an annual salary of up to $62,833 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 4/4/25 at an annual salary of $57,606.71 and left the payroll on 4/11/25. 

7. Approval to hire two (2) E.I. Service Coordinators at an annual salary of up to $62,833 (each) effective 5/14/25; these are new positions and will be grant funded.

8. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager-IBCCP at an annual salary of $66,837 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 4/4/25 at an annual salary of $61,804.67 and left the payroll on 4/11/25. 

9. Approval to hire a replacement Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian/Registered Nurse at an annual salary of up to $64,000 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 11/15/24 at an annual salary of $54,735.33 and left the payroll on 11/22/24. 

10. Approval to hire a replacement Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian/Registered Nurse at an annual salary of up to $64,000 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 2/21/25 at an annual salary of $56,870 and left the payroll on 2/28/25. 

11. Approval to hire a CPA Assistant/Clerk Typist III at an annual salary of $45,314.64 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee retired as an Assistant WIC Coordinator on 8/30/24 at an annual salary of $65,040.30 and left the payroll on 9/13/24. This is a  ob title change.  

12. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II at an annual salary of $42,698.54 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 3/27/25 at an annual salary of $42,698.57 and left the payroll on 4/11/25.

LLWA, Michelle Griebler 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Business Services Representative at an annual salary of $57,000 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee was promoted and left the position on 3/28/25 at an annual salary of $69,668.99. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Workforce Coordinator at an annual salary of $51,000 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 4/15/25 at an annual  salary of $54,027.87 and left the payroll on 4/25/25. Approve promotion for Christina Sugars from Workforce Advisor/Specialist to Workforce Coordinator effective 5/14/25; her salary will change from $46,337.28 to $51,000. Request waiver of the 30  day lag as this is grant funded. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Workforce Specialist at an annual salary of $43,860 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 3/7/25 at an annual  salary of $43,860 and left the payroll on 3/14/25. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Workforce Specialist at an annual salary of $43,860 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 5/14/25 at an annual salary of $46,337.27.  

Regional Planning Commission, Shannan Karrick 

1. Purchase Order-Conference Technologies Inc for conference room audio/visual equipment in the amount of $9,810. 

Highways, Brian Davis 

1. Approval to hire four (4) Seasonal Employees at an hourly rate of $18.00 each effective  5/14/25. 

County Clerk, Don Gray 

1. Approval to hire two (2) Part Time Temporary Seasonal Deputy Clerks at an hourly rate of $16.00 each effective 5/28/25. These positions are needed for the busy summer months. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Part Time Deputy Clerk at an hourly rate of $18.00 effective 5/28/25; the previous employee left on 4/4/25 at an hourly rate of $18.00 and left the payroll on 4/11/25.  

Child Advocacy Center, Denise Johnson 

1. Approval to promote Jessica Jasper to full time effective 5/14/25. Her title will change to Manager of Finance and Recruitment and salary will change from $34,476 to $61,000. Moving from part time to full time. This is a new position.

2. Approval to hire a replacement Forensic Interviewer at an annual salary of $52,392.99 effective 5/14/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 5/16/25 at an annual salary of $52,392.99 and will leave the payroll on 5/23/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag as this is a grant funded position.
