A. Proposed Amendments to Chapter 111 of the La Grange Code of Ordinances Regarding Class C and Class D Liquor Licenses

This ordinance will update the Code of Ordinances with provisions related to C-1 and D-1 licensees, allowing the tastings of spirits under similar parameters as those for wine and beer tastings, as well as allowing the consumption of beer within the licensed premises.

Consideration of the proposed ordinance and recommendation for approval to the Village Board.

B. Restaurant Liquor Licensing Requirements

Provide direction to staff on potential modifications to brewpub liquor license requirements and other relevant liquor license provisions.

4. Public Comment

Members of the public have the opportunity to speak.

5. General Discussion

An opportunity for commissioners or staff to raise topics for discussion but no action will be taken.

6. Closed Session

Items to be discussed confidentially under the provisions of the Illinois Open Meetings Act will be considered in closed session.
