On Wednesday, Feb. 19, former Glenwood High School standout Will Plattner’s current college team, the Alabama Crimson Tide, won 15-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Alabama State Hornets.

The game took place at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Crimson Tide’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. at 121 Financial Ballpark against Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
