Court Administration, Suzann Maxheimer 

1. Approval to adjust salary for Mary Filbrun-Kuhar, Administrative Assistant, effective 6/30/25. Her salary will change from $41,261.15 to $43,261.15. 

2. Approval to adjust salary for LeeAnn Harris, Administrative Assistant, effective 6/30/25. Her salary will change from $41,261.15 to $43,261.15.

Circuit Clerk, Joe Roesch 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the IV-D Child Support Orders Grant from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services in the amount of $41,753. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required. 

Court Services. Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Senior Detention Officer at an annual salary range of $57,250-71,554 effective 6/16/25; the previous employee left the position on 5/28/25 at an annual salary of $62,952 and will leave the payroll on 6/6/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois.

2. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $55,888 effective 6/16/25; the previous employee left the position on 5/21/25 at an annual salary of $57,869 and will leave the payroll on 6/6/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 6/30/25; the previous employee left the position on 5/29/25 at an annual salary of $51,829 and will leave the payroll on 6/6/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois.

4. Approval to hire a replacement Supervisor at an annual salary of $73,129 effective 7/14/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 6/20/25 at an annual salary of $87,856 and will leave the payroll on 7/4/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois.

Public Health, John Ridley 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Early Intervention Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $1,306,867.11. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $240,283. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

3. Resolution to approve the application and approve acceptance of the Oral Health Promotion Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $13,875. This is a renewal. Matching funds not required. 

4. Resolution to approve the application and approve acceptance of the WIC Farmer's Market Grant from the Illinois Department of Human Services in the amount of $1,800. This is a renewal grant. Matching funds not required. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement RN/Case Manager - Clinic at an annual salary of up to $66,837; the previous employee left the position on 5/9/25 at an annual salary of $62,069.48 and left the payroll on 5/23/25.

Regional Planning Commission, Shannan Karrick 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Sangamon County Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Grant from FEMA/Dept of Homeland Security through IEMA in the amount of $85,000. This is a new grant and matching funds are required. 

Community Resources, Dave MacDonna 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Weatherization Grant (26-251038) from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the in the amount of $365,951. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required. 

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the Weatherization Grant (25-221038) from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the amount of $628,554. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required.

Human Resources, Charlie Stratton 

1. Resolution approving the Maternity-Paternity Policy for Sangamon County employees. 

Building and Grounds, Byron Deaner 

1. Resolution approving amendments to County's parking lot lease with Horace Mann.
