a. Resolution approving a Joint Funding Agreement for Federally Funded Construction with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the MacArthur Boulevard Extension project. 

b. Resolution approving a Preliminary Engineering Contract with Lochmueller Group, Inc for the replacement of the Island Grove Township structure on McQueen Road (SN 084-3086). 

c. Resolution approving the Right-of-Way settlements for the MacArthur Boulevard extension.

6. Committee Approvals. 

a. Approval of a Purchase Order for Seal Master of Bridgeton, MO for crack seal equipment rental and materials in the amount of $5,175. 

b. Approval to Hire one Mechanic II. 

c. Approval to Promote three (3) Maintainers to Heavy Equipment Operator I effective July 14, 2025.

a. Revisit Green 911 (Street Name) Signs. 

8. New Business 

a. Report of accident from May 7, 2025 at Old Jacksonville Road and Bradfordton Road.
