The Village of Chatham is organizing a community event, Chatham Strong Fest, scheduled for Sunday, July 6. The festival will take place at Chatham Community Park and aims to provide healing and unity for those impacted by the events on April 28 at the YNOT Outdoors after-school center.

Chatham Strong Fest will run from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and includes live music, food trucks, family activities, an online auction, and a Unity Tree planting ceremony. The ceremony is set for 5 p.m. near the park’s main playground where a 15-foot tree will be planted as a memorial to the five children who lost their lives.
