In January, the median sale price of a home in Logan County rose by $40,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 47.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

There were 19 homes sold in January, with a median sale price of $135,000 — a 42.1% increase over the $95,000 median sale price during the same period of the previous year. In comparison, 36 homes were sold in Logan County in January 2024.
