a. Resolution approving the Planning Year 2025 agreement with the Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission for the Planning Year 2025 Unified Planning Work Program in the amount of $39,500.
6. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval of a Purchase Order for P.H. Broughton of Springfield, IL for asphalt patch materials in the amount of $10,000.
b. Approval of a Purchase Order for Clevenger Contractors for a guardrail end section repair at Prairie Creek Road and Farmingdale Road in the amount of $5,500.
c. Approval of a Purchase Order for Roland Machinery of Springfield, IL for rental of a pneumatic tire roller in the amount of $10,000.
d. Approval for County Engineer Davis to attend 2025 Fall IACE Conference in East Peoria, IL in the amount of $683.
e. Approval of a Purchase Order to Mandell Menkes, LLC for representation in front of the Illinois Commerce Commission for the Woodside/Iron Bridge Project in the amount of $29,000.
f. Approval to Promote one (1) bargaining unit member to Highway Maintenance Crew Chief of effective August 13, 2025.
g. Approval of a Purchase Order to Todd Faulkner, Sr. for production of drone photography and video footage at the Woodside Road and Iron Bridge Road project in the amount of $3,000.
