3. Purchase Order and Resolution-Tyler Technologies for Time & Attendance and Advance Scheduling in the amount of $193,000.

County Engineer, Brian Davis 

1. Resolution approving Review Fees and Building Permit Fees for The HUB to the City of Springfield in the amount of $299,607.57. 

2. Resolution approving a Project Labor Agreement between the Central Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council and Sangamon County.
