Public Health Update
1. Acceptance of Purchase Reports
2. Rylie Sullivan, Registered Dietician-WIC Program
3. Purchase Order-Marten Portable Buildings LLC for a portable storage building for Animal Control in the amount of $7,752.74.
4. Approval to hire a replacement LEHP-LEHP in Training at an annual salary of up to $60,140.59 effective 8/13/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/31/25 at an annual salary of $71,032.07 and left the payroll on 2/14/25.
5. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist II-Clinic at an annual salary of $42,698.57 effective 9/15/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 8/8/25 at an annual salary of $42,698.57 and will leave the payroll on 8/15/25.
6. Pre-Travel Approval for Donna Allen, Veterinary Technician, to attend the Animal Sheltering Conference in Missouri from 10/8-10/11/25 in the amount of $835.00.
7. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness - Sangamon Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $83,194.95. This is a renewal. Matching funds are required.
8. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness - Menard Grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health in the amount of $35,278. This is a renewal. Matching funds are required.
