The Illinois College women's golf team has been projected to finish fourth in the 2025 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Tournament, according to the preseason coaches' poll released by the league.

The Lady Blues will field a largely new roster this season, with only two returning players from last year: senior Emily Guest and junior Shelby Seiler. Seiler concluded last fall with an average score of 85.5, while Guest posted an 87.8 average for the season. Head Coach Jay Rowell has added five freshmen to complete this year's lineup.

Grinnell College was named the preseason favorite after achieving consecutive 13th-place finishes at the NCAA National Championship. The Pioneers bring back seven All-Conference golfers, including Meilin Hoshino, who was last season's Player of the Year.

Lake Forest College received one first-place vote and finished second in the poll with 73 points. Spalding University was selected third with 56 points, followed by Illinois College at fourth with 51 points—just ahead of MUW, which received 50 points.
