1. Pre-Travel Approval for Coroner Jim Allmon to attend the Death Investigation Conference in Collinsville, IL from 8/24-8/27/25 in the amount of $1,132. 

2. Purchase Order-Lynch Supply Company Inc for a stretcher in the amount of $3,987.

Sheriff's Office: 

1. Pre-Travel Approval for Lieutenant Michael Harth to attend the National Incident Management Training in Belleville, IL from 9/21-9/26/25 in the amount of $946.00.

2. Pre-Travel Approval for Lieutenant Andrew Henton to attend the National Incident Management Training in Belleville, IL from 9/21-9/26/25 in the amount of $946.00.

3. Pre-Travel Approval for Sheriff Paula Crouch to attend the 2025 Sheriff Summer Training Conference in East Peoria, IL from 9/20-9/23/25 in the amount of $1,145.55. 

4. Pre-Travel Approval for Captain John Osmer to attend The School of Police Staff & Command in Peoria, IL from 12/8/25-4/10/26 in the amount of $14,370.

9. Approval to hire a replacement Court Security Officer at an annual salary of $45,923.28 effective 9/22/25; the previous employee was promoted on 8/17/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $50,708.87. 

10.Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 8/27/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/7/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 1/19/24. 

11. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 8/27/25; the previous employee was promoted on 7/12/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $41,573- 

12. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $62,103.75-64,845.04 effective 8/27/25; the previous employee left the position on 1/10/25 at an annual salary $66,867.54 and left the payroll on 1/17/25. 

13. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $62,103.75-$64,845.04 effective 8/27/25; the previous employee was promoted on 6/25/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $88,533-43-
